Komorebi is operated by Vizora Interactive (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use the Komorebi platform — including when you browse, purchase, subscribe, or contact us.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German law. Vizora Interactive is the data controller for all personal data collected via Komorebi. Vizora Interactive does not appoint a separate external Data Protection Officer. All data protection matters are handled directly by the owner/proprietor.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you: visit komorebi.gg; create an account or place an order; contact us by email or form; subscribe to the Komorebi newsletter; use the online withdrawal function; or participate in Komorebi community features. Our services are globally accessible.
3. Legal Bases and General Principles
We process personal data only where permitted by law: to provide our services or take steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); to protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and based on your consent where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We apply the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, and transparency.
4. Website Access, Hosting, and Security
4.1 Access Data
When you visit Komorebi, technical access data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, browser and device information, referrer URL, and error logs. Purpose: website operation, stability, security. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: deleted once no longer required.
4.2 Hosting and Infrastructure
Our website and systems are operated using external hosting, infrastructure, and security providers acting as processors under appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
5.1 Functional (Essential)
Necessary for website operation and cannot be disabled. Legal basis: legitimate interests and technical necessity.
5.2 Preferences
Allow the website to remember your settings. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5.3 Statistics
With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. Data is not used to directly identify you. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) in conjunction with German device access law (TDDDG).
5.4 Marketing
Used only with your explicit consent for relevant advertising. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can give, withdraw, or change your consent at any time via the “Manage consent” option on this website.
6. Embedded Content and External Links
Komorebi may embed content from third-party platforms. Such content is blocked by default and only accessible after consent. When loaded, the respective provider may process personal data as an independent controller. Links to social media platforms do not automatically transmit personal data.
7. Contact Forms and Email Communication
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, email, message content). Withdrawal declarations submitted via the Withdrawalbutton function are processed as contract-related communications and are limited to name, order reference, and email address — the minimum required under § 356a BGB. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Legal obligation for withdrawal data (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Retention: deleted once the request is resolved unless retention is legally required.
8. Newsletters and Email Marketing
If you subscribe to the Komorebi newsletter, we process your email address and subscription status. We work with Sendinblue (SAS, 55 rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France) as our email marketing platform service, acting as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement. The servers are within the EU/EEA. It’s used exclusively for newsletters and promotional communications — general email and data storage use Google Workspace and Zoho (see Section 14).
All newsletter lists are opt-in only. We use a double opt-in process — your subscription only activates after you confirm via email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
9. Account Registration and Orders
If you create an account or place an order, we process your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Customer account data, order and shipping details, invoices, and transaction references may be processed and stored by our fulfilment and production partners under appropriate agreements. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
10. Communities
If Komorebi operates community features, participation is subject to the privacy policies of the relevant platform. We may process limited moderation data where necessary for community safety. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
11. Games and Community Game Servers
This section does not apply to Komorebi. For Vizora Interactive games and server data, see vizora-interactive.com/privacy.
12. Payments
Payments are processed by external payment providers. Depending on the method selected, providers may include Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay, iDEAL, Wero, Bancontact, EPS, giropay, Multibanco, Przelewy24 (P24), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Amazon Pay. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Payment providers process data under their own responsibility or as processors. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
13. Stores (Komorebi)
Komorebi offers physical merchandise and digital products. Physical orders are fulfilled via our production and fulfilment partners. Digital orders are delivered electronically. Order and transaction data may be processed by these partners as processors under appropriate agreements.
14. Service Providers and Data Processing Agreements
Key service providers currently in use:
- Google LLC — email communication, document storage and collaboration
- Zoho Corporation — email communication, document management, and data storage including data from website plugins
- Sendinblue SAS — newsletter and email marketing only (see Section 8)
Other providers are used for hosting, fulfilment, payments, and analytics. All act as processors under appropriate Data Processing Agreements where required.
AI-powered tools: Any AI-driven customer-facing interaction will carry a clear disclosure. If such tools are introduced on Komorebi, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
15. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
16. Data Retention
- Website access data: short-term
- Contact and support enquiries: up to 72 hours after resolution
- Orders and invoices: up to 10 years (German commercial law)
- Newsletter subscriptions: for as long as you remain subscribed
- Withdrawal declarations: for the duration required to process and document the withdrawal, then per legal retention requirements
17. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: legal@vizora-interactive.com
18. Children and Minors
Komorebi is generally intended for users aged 16 and above. If we become aware that personal data of minors under 16 has been processed unlawfully, we will take appropriate corrective action.
19. Email Confidentiality Notice
Emails from Vizora Interactive / Komorebi may contain confidential information intended solely for the addressed recipient. If you received an email in error, please inform us and delete it.
20. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in advance via this website or email where possible. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
