Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
How long does my delivery take?
Each product is made with care and under fair working conditions. Production can take 2 – 5 business days before it starts shipping.
From there on the estimate varies per region, but averages between 5 – 12 days. You can read more on our Shipping & Payments page.
Can I change my size after ordering?
Yes, but it depends if the product already been sent out (additional fees might apply). Should the product not been sent out yet, we simply change it. If it has been sent out, we can send you the new one, according to the conditions set in our Withdrawal Policy.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
We’ll make it right, simple as that. Send a photo and your order number to our support, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund you (Your choice). No return-postage games, no interrogation. This is on top of your statutory warranty rights, never instead of them.

Where's my order?
As soon your parcel is on its way and our fulfilment partner provided us with tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by e-mail.
If you haven’t received anything after one week, please message us with your order number and we’ll chase it.
How does returns work?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order arrives. The fastest way to use it is the “Withdraw from contract” button in the footer. The Withdrawal Policy explains the details, including how refunds and return shipping work
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly – we deliver worldwide with a short exception list (sanctions and internal courier-safety restrictions; if your country isn’t selectable at checkout, that’s why). There might also be specific products we don’t offer to your region due to high shipping fees.
How do creator codes work?
Enter a creator’s code they’ve shown in their video, stream or description at checkout and two things happen: you get a discount, and the creator earns a share of the sale on top of what they make from their merch. You support your favourite’s that way directly!
