Refund & Returns Policy

At Vizora Interactive Ltd. (Parent of Komorebi), we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for such requests.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital & Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items that have been ordered with Priority
Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items with signs of use, opened packaging, or missing parts not due to our error. Additionally, items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only be eligible for partial refunds.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 Days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 Days, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@komorebi-wear.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (This does include Items that a Discount-Code have been used on).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at exchange@komorebi-wear.com

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at exchange@komorebi-wear.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Customers have a window of 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel their order without incurring any fees or penalties. During this time, customers can cancel the order in their purchase history or contact our support team to request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

Cancellation Process (e-mail)

To cancel an order via e-mail, customers must contact our support team via contact@komorebi-wear.com and provide their order details, including the order number and reason for cancellation. Our support team will verify the request and process the cancellation accordingly as soon as possible.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled within the 3-day window, customers will receive a full refund to their original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 days except for items that are non eligible due to the refund policy.

Post-Cancellation Policy

Orders that are not cancelled within the 3-day window will be considered final and will proceed to production as scheduled. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be cancelled, and customers will be responsible for the full payment.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made to the cancellation policy at the discretion of Komorebi. These may include situations where an order has not yet entered production and can be easily cancelled without incurring additional costs.

Rebi Membership

We offer a Rebi-Membership subscription service designed to enhance your shopping experience and provide exclusive benefits. By subscribing to Rebi-Membership, you gain access to a range of perks and privileges that elevate your shopping experience.

Subscription Details

The Rebi-Membership subscription costs €3.79 per month or €39.99 per year.
Upon subscribing, you will receive a unique discount code that can be used to avail of exclusive discounts and benefits.

Perks and Benefits
  • Exclusive Discount Code: Each subscriber receives a unique discount code that can be used for discounts on purchases.
  • 5% Off on Each Cart: When the discount code is applied to a purchase, the cart total receives a 5% discount. Please note that this discount is not being applied on sale items.
  • Earnings Share: As the owner of the discount code, you receive 5% of the profits gained through items purchased using your code by yourself or other customers.
  • Purchase Requirement: To be eligible for the earnings share, you are required to make at least one purchase in the store.
  • Monthly Payouts: Earnings from the Rebi-Membership program are transferred monthly on the 28th to the last used payment method. Additionally, an invoice detailing purchases is sent via email. If there haven’t been any uses of the discount code, we won’t send an email unless specifically requested.
  • Advance Payments: To prevent fraud and provide customers with enough time to cancel orders, we always transfer the earnings from the previous month. For example, earnings from January will include purchases made in December.
  • Universal Discount: The Rebi-Membership discount applies to all items and services in the shop, including web-design and hosting services.

Web-Design/Hosting Services

Our web-design services include the creation and development of custom websites tailored to our clients’ specifications. Each Contract is made separately to guarantee the satisfaction and meeting the requirements of our Clients.
In addition to Web-Design, we do also provide a hosting setup if required. Our Hosting services include server maintenance, security updates, and technical support.

What will be in the Contract
  • Scope of Work: Our web-design services cover the creation of website layouts, design elements, and functionality based on the client’s requirements. Any additional features or modifications may incur extra charges, which are not defined on our Website.
  • Ownership and Rights: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client will own the rights to the website design and content. Komorebi retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Hosting Agreement: Clients opting for our hosting services agree to abide by our hosting agreement, which outlines the terms of server usage, acceptable content, and data protection measures. We accept Hosting Setups done through Hosting Service Providers such as Hostinger, or Siteground and Web-Builder Providers such as Wix.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for web-design services is typically divided into instalments, with a deposit required to initiate the project. Hosting fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the client’s preference. If the initiation of the project should fail for any reason, the full amount will be refunded within 10 Days.
  • Support and Maintenance: We provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the continued functionality and security of our clients’ websites. Support may include troubleshooting, software updates, and security patches.
Data Protection and Security
  • Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ data. Any personal or sensitive information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard our clients’ websites against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. This includes regular security audits, SSL encryption, and firewall protection.
